Stephanie Shortt is the new president of the Floyd Rotary Club and Dirk Davis is the Vice -President beginning July 1, 2009. Both Stephanie and Dirk attended a Rotary PETS training in April at the Virginia Tech Skelton Center to learn how to perform the duties of newly elected officers. They will be installed at a ceremony in late June and begin their official duties on July 1.
